Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated live-in caregivers to provide companion care and daily living assistance to elderly and disabled individuals in their homes. As a caregiver with Home Helpers, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide transportation and companionship
- Assist with personal care, including bathing and toileting
- Follow a plan of care and communicate professionally with families and your team
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Valid Driver's License, own automobile, and Auto Insurance required
- Clean driving record
- Must be at least 19 years old to apply
- Must be proficient in reading and writing the English language
- Must have 1 or more years of caregiving experience with an agency or facility
- Access to a valid email and a mobile smart device
- Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
- Must be dependable and maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to communicate in a friendly yet professional manner
