  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitizing of dishes and utensils.
  • Organize the dish room and ensure all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly stored.
  • Clean food preparation and production areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Haul kitchen trash and recyclables to designated areas.
