Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team at ATD Technology, LLC. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to expectant mothers and their families during the labor and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring fetal heart rates.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and postpartum hemorrhages, and respond accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including vital signs, medications, and lab results.
Requirements
  • Current RN license and certification in Labor and Delivery.
  • Two years of experience in maternal and child healthcare, with a focus on labor and delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with rotating weekends and holidays. The shift schedule is 07:00 PM EST - 07:30 AM EST, with 12 hours per day and 36 hours per week. The department is Labor and Delivery, and the work environment is fast-paced and dynamic.
