Position Summary:
The Equipment Maintenance Specialist will be tasked with executing preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and conducting repairs on both electrical and mechanical systems within the production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve problems with manufacturing electrical and mechanical systems to meet production goals.
- Diagnose and repair electrical motors and related components.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance on all production machinery.
- Propose enhancements to equipment and processes for improved efficiency.
- Complete maintenance work orders promptly and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduates with a strong foundation in mechanical skills and a solid work ethic are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to perform stick welding is a plus.
