We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve their financial well-being.

• Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, leveraging a defined sales process to identify and meet customer needs.
• Financial Solutions: Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet, positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Customer Experience: Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction, identifying opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing and leveraging technology, tools, and resources to educate customers on managing financial transactions.
• Risk Management: Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Customer Focus: Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
• Managing Risk: Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

• Accountability: Demonstrating a strong sense of accountability for customer relationships and financial solutions.
• Banking Knowledge: Possessing a solid understanding of banking products and services, as well as the ability to leverage technology to meet customer needs.
• Effective Communication: Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
