• Medication Administration: Safely administer medications, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Patient Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans, assess patient needs, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Safety and Quality: Foster a culture of safety, adhere to infection control protocols, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Professional Development: Stay current with evidence-based practices, participate in ongoing education and training, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
• Technology and Compliance: Utilize electronic medical records, adhere to hospital policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification, or other relevant certifications may be required
