Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist plays a crucial role in promoting the safe and effective use of medications. Key responsibilities include:
1. Verifying medication orders while assessing for optimal drug selection and dosage regimens.
2. Monitoring both inpatient and outpatient drug therapies, collaborating with medical staff to identify alternative treatments when necessary.
3. Evaluating patient care plans and medication therapies to resolve any medication-related issues, ensuring the best pharmaceutical care for patients.
Qualifications
+ Must be a Registered Pharmacist with the relevant state board in good standing.
+ Completion of an ACPE approved sterile products course within the designated timeframe.
+ A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
Pay Range
$64.85 /hour
