Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Brock & Company, Inc. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday with a day schedule and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including washing equipment and service ware, receiving and distributing deliveries, and proper sanitation of the kitchen and dining room.
• Wash, sanitize, and maintain food production equipment and service ware according to the supervisor's instructions and cleaning schedule.
• Lift, move, and store food, food containers, and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one's own height up to approximately 35 pounds.
• Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, and stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms via supervisor's instructions.
• Adhere to client and company protocols related to workplace safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area according to supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• This position may be called upon to perform other job-related duties as determined by the supervisor.
