Job Title: Non-Conformity Cell Quality Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Non-Conformity Cell Quality Technician to join our team at Tekberry. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our production process.

Responsibilities:
  • Characterize defects on purchased parts and write relevant reports to minimize production disturbances.
  • Secure the production line by identifying and isolating defective parts, and coordinating with suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Organize re-feeding of the production line with new conform parts within the takt-time of the line.
  • Manage containment activities, including sorting and coordination with suppliers.
  • Block stock for non-conform parts and coordinate with suppliers for rework activities.
  • Notify suppliers of non-conformities via the Supplier Quality Portal tool.
  • Manage relevant supplier rework activities and participate in daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders.
  • Track and report quality key performance indicators (KPIs) for the non-conformity cell.
Requirements:
  • Buyer or procurement experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
