Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine physician to join our team at Skyline Village Clinic. As a Family Medicine provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive primary care to our community in the Willamette Valley.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to patients of all ages
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Demonstrate experience and current competence in patient care in the last 24 months
- Current Medical License in good standing issued by the Oregon Medical Board
- Hold DEA certification
