About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who can provide quality patient care through diagnostic tests, medication management, and telehealth services. You will lead clinic staff, ensure patient satisfaction, and empower patients while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and ensuring quality professional services
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure accurate completion of patient charts and timely forwarding of charts
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians
  • Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's Degree in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner License
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
  • Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to teamwork
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as holiday pay, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and Work-Life balance.
