As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch hair care services, including shampooing, cutting, coloring, and styling. Additionally, you will sell beauty products, ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Luxurious Hair Craftsman. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver excellent hair services that meet the highest standards. You will work closely with our guests to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on all spa services offered.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
• Assess contraindications of guests that may prevent services from taking place.
• Suggest beneficial treatments and products to enhance the guest's experience.
• Perform all treatments on services' menus based on current certifications.
• Create stylish updos using techniques such as extensions, braiding, plaiting, etc.
• Work efficiently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous hair stylist experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A professional demeanor, with discretion and appearance being essential.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
