We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Patient Care Technician to join our Home Health team at CarePartners Living LLC. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living.
- Assist patients with mobility, including regular turning and positioning, dangling, and ambulating.
- Obtain and record patient information, including vital signs, height and weight, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, intake and output, calorie counts, and other patient information as outlined by policy.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including eating and drinking, bathing, shaving, oral care, grooming, and elimination.
- Change bed linens as needed.
- Participate in the implementation of nursing care plans by performing direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the licensed nurse.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Driver's License.
- High School Graduate/GED.
