Revit & Autodesk Manager

Epsilon is a leader in the Off-Site Construction (OSC) industry, delivering mechanical/electrical-centric systems in a modular, prefabricated form, optimized for a streamlined on-site completion by us or others.

• Oversee all Revit/ACC projects within our offices, maintaining standards and providing technical support.
• Educate and mentor team members, ensuring the efficient operation of each project.
• Enhance productivity for our Revit/ACC projects and teams by developing company standards and implementing a streamlined workflow.
• Manage, review, and audit ongoing Revit/ACC projects at regular intervals for compliance with office standards, level of development, and proper modeling/documentation practices and procedures.
• Maintain Revit/ACC assets, including libraries and templates, and troubleshoot workflow challenges and technical issues with project teams.
• Set up initial Revit/ACC models with site and context according to BIM standards and guidelines, and mentor multi-discipline team members on Revit/ACC best practices and project requirements.
• Provide project and office Revit/ACC troubleshooting and support to project teams, and create parametric families for specific project needs, capturing design intent and construction logic.
• Author BIM Execution Plans that incorporate standards and procedures, and contribute to the development of new modeling and BIM-enabled design processes.
• Organize and lead Revit/ACC coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients, and communicate with clients at a strategic level about the concept of Revit/ACC and other design technologies, and how it benefits their projects.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with Revit and BIM Concepts.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, BIMDex, and AutoCAD, with working knowledge of SolidWorks desired.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, and strong organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
• Able to deal with and resolve conflicts between contractors, clients, and the design team.
