About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Palm Beach Tan. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales goals through effective sales strategies and team leadership
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized salon environment
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, as well as perform daily administrative tasks
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (up to 7 hours per day)
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
