Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a K-12 school setting, providing speech and language therapy services to students with various needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and ensure effective communication.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student outcomes to measure the effectiveness of treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid California SLP license.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff.
