Job Title: Plant Systems Integrator

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a highly skilled Plant Systems Integrator to lead plant systems integration projects, train operations and engineering teams, and troubleshoot and maintain plant systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement all plant systems projects in area of expertise (SAP or Wonderware) and provide technical expertise to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot all plant systems at the assigned plant.
  • Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization and enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration systems.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with regional IT SSO and ISM teams, plant leadership, engineering, plant operations, and quality teams.
  • Actively participate in the global plant systems integrator's network.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
  • 5+ years of experience with engineering, supply chain operations, and/or IT Supply Chain.
  • 3+ years of experience with manufacturing operations and core processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in programming and configuration in PLC's.
  • Practical proven understanding of Wonderware manufacturing software or SAP manufacturing applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Wonderware manufacturing software such as Wonderware Archestra, Wonderware MES, and Wonderware InBatch.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP usage and SAP Transactions such as Production Orders, Production Confirmations, Material Movements, and SAP Quality Management.
  • SQL preferably using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL reporting services.
  • Manufacturing knowledge of Tableau.
Operational Excellence Standards and Expectations:
  • Quality Standards/Regulatory Requirements.
  • Factory Performance and Reliability (FP&R) EOHS Standards.
  • Plant Metrics such as throughput, Operating Efficiency (OE), unplanned downtime (UPDT).
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range $91,000.00 - $128,000.00 USD. Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills, and office/market location.

In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes insurance, retirement plans, vacation/PTO, paid holidays, paid sick leave, and paid parental leave.
