  • Facilitate the establishment, closure, and upkeep of banking accounts, including the implementation and modification of account services.
  • Execute ACH, wire, and book transfer transactions with precision and within stipulated timelines.
  • Administer multiple online banking systems, acting as the system administrator, and manage user permissions, including granting and revoking access. Conduct regular reviews of user entitlements.
  • Produce bank account reports and execute stop payments as required.
  • Conduct daily positive pay evaluations and engage in other fraud prevention activities.
  • Oversee cash balances and relay liquidity needs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects, tasks, and analyses to support business operations as necessary.
  • Assist in the upkeep of process documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in treasury operations.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with online banking systems and financial concepts is essential.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of meeting time-sensitive deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties.
