  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, physicians, and other departments, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely scheduling.
  • High School graduate required; healthcare background and medical terminology knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Basic computer skills required for efficient scheduling and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Act 34 clearance required.
