Lab Specialist

About the Role:

Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working as a certified MLS, with a strong background in complex specimen processing, reagent preparation, and test performance. A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, and MT, MLS, CLS certification is a must. Transfusion experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving specimens, assessing specimen integrity, verifying labeling and documentation.

Complex specimen processing, reagent preparation, test performance, and reporting test results within the assigned area.

Performing all required quality control tasks to ensure the validity of test results and maintaining documentation regarding quality control, calibrations, maintenance, and handling of proficiency testing samples.

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
