As a part-time paneling provider with Kaiser Permanente, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our members in a cost-effective manner. This position requires a strong foundation in medical practice, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat common acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality healthcare through direct assessment, diagnosis, and formulation/implementation of treatment plans for patients with common acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
- Perform health maintenance services, including patient education, for well members.
- Refer patients for specialty consultation or difficult problems.
- Document all care in patients' permanent medical records in accordance with accepted medical/legal standards.
- Provide all medical care in accordance with accepted practice standards, hospital/clinic protocols, and state licensing guidelines.
- Graduate of an ANA-approved NP or AMA-approved PA training program or equivalent requirements to meet state licensure.
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License (Washington) or Physician Assistant License (Oregon) within 6 months of hire.
- National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Drug Enforcement Administration Registration.
- Two (2) years of clinical experience.
