Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Master Assembler to join our team in a high-volume zone. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for assembling and troubleshooting complex vehicle components, ensuring high-quality production and meeting daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and troubleshoot vehicle components, including chassis, body, and interior components
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, following instructions and guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Update work order information in our Aurora system
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements
  • 6 months of company employment, good attendance and performance record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude and skills with hand, air, and power tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Aurora
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with chassis prep, interior track set, and other vehicle assembly processes
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
