Therapeutic Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Richardson, Texas.

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and report patient progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Experience with AAC devices
- Knowledgeable regarding IEPs
The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,500 - $113,000, depending on experience.
