Village Green Landscapes is looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape Crew Lead to lead our landscape crew. This role involves supervising a team of 2-4 people, ensuring the safe operation of equipment, and completing landscape installation projects to a high standard.

We are seeking someone who can provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. If you are passionate about leading teams and achieving results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and guidance of the landscape crew
  • Safe operation of equipment required for landscape installation
  • Project completion and quality control
  • Team training and development
  • Client communication and relationship-building

Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of hardscape installation experience
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of landscape construction experience
  • Degree in horticulture or landscaping
  • CDL Class A license
