  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in NYS
  • Ability to pass Critical Care exam within one month of employment or current CEN certificate
  • One year of medical/surgical experience as an RN
  • Meets requirements of physical pre-placement screening
  • Experience working in ambulatory care settings or physician office practices
  • Supervisory experience
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work outside normal working hours as volume demands
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate with other healthcare personnel
  • Strong organizational skills
