Dedicated Speech Therapist for Elementary, Middle, and High School Students

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in the Terry Town area. This school-based role involves working directly with students to assess, diagnose, and treat various speech and language disorders.
**Position Highlights:**
- Location: Terry Town area
- Setting: School-based (K-12)
- Caseload: Elementary, middle, and high school students
- Employment Type: Full-time or part-time
**Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students for speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students in various educational settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and provide input on educational strategies
**Qualifications:
- Louisiana SLP licensure required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP certification preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
- Previous experience working in school settings is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
