Caregiver Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Frontier Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Support residents with their medication management and administration
  • Encourage socialization and engagement among residents through activities and events
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
