Position Overview

Role: Licensed Physical Therapist - Certified Lymphedema Specialist

Location: Flagstaff, AZ

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: $78,000 annually, with potential increases based on experience; ReVital certification can lead to $80,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehend and adhere to state practice acts and regulations governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
  • Complete all required corporate and clinical training, ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
  • Assess, treat, and manage treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy, clearly documenting medical necessity.
  • Maintain respectful and open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payers.
  • Participate in facility meetings as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
  • Possession of a valid state Physical Therapist license.
  • Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is mandatory.
