Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty RN to provide one-on-one care to a patient in their home in Milton, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric care and be able to assist with daily activities and provide professional medical care.
Responsibilities:
* Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
* Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
* Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
Requirements:
* Valid Nursing License (LPN/RN) in the State of New Hampshire
* One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
* Home care experience preferred
* Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
