We are seeking an experienced Payment Processing Expert to join our team. As a key player in preparing and following on payments with international accounting teams and managing contracts and documents, you will play a vital role in driving success across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Contracts: Support contracts from signing to termination in collaboration with international departments.
  • Execute Payments: Prepare and execute payments efficiently and effectively.
  • Control Document Approval: Proofread, format, and check documents for completion and make technical corrections.
  • Manage Primary Documents: Download primary documents from systems, get them signed, and send to contractors.
  • Timely Receipt of Closing Documents: Ensure timely receipt of closing documents from counterparties.
  • Interact with Company Divisions: Collaborate with legal, accounting, and finance departments.
  • Organize Paperwork: Manage registration, accounting, scanning, storage, archiving, and register compilation.
  • Sign and Send Documents: Sign and send all necessary documents.
Requirements
  • Experience with Oracle/NetSuite: Proven experience with Oracle or NetSuite (SAP or others less preferable).
  • SEF Skills: Skilled in SEF.
  • Atlassian Tools: Proficient in Jira Software and Confluence.
  • Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel, including mass analytics and pivot tables.
  • Finance Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local and international finance and accounting legislation.
  • International Experience: Experienced in working for international companies.

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
