Key Responsibilities:- Create a relaxed destination for our guests, providing genuine greetings and helping them find the perfect products.
- Set the course for success by learning and sharing product knowledge, making recommendations, and providing exceptional service.
- Build the perfect oasis by emphasizing brand direction and informing guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events.
- Onboard your crew by actively participating in store meetings and working towards exceeding sales and service performance goals.
- 2+ years of guest and sales experience.
- A "get things done" mindset.
- A natural collaborator who can identify opportunities and take initiative.
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Willingness to perform other duties as required.
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
- Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently.
- Climbing ladders occasionally.
- Routine standing for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Multiple factors will affect the applicable rate of pay, including experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget. Pay Range: $15.00 (or local minimum wage)-$20.00 hourly.
