About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Facility Manager to join our team at Malace HR's electrical manufacturing facility in Foxboro, MA.

This is a temporary opportunity with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in facility management within a manufacturing or industrial setting. The site is non-union and covers approximately 275k sq ft, supervising four employees.

Salary: $30-33/hour (1st shift).

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage facilities services to meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients and vendors, resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor vendor performance, documenting scope changes and addressing poor service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance and asset management.
  • Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reducing costs and improving productivity.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives and drive growth.
  • Provide regular reporting on portfolio performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage site playbooks and ensure their accuracy and relevance.
