Job SummaryWe are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN Physician to provide high-quality patient care in our well-established clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient satisfaction, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services to patients in our clinic and hospital setting
- Participate in procedures and deliveries at our local hospital
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Ability to obtain an Arizona State License
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary range: $290,000 - $310,000
- 5% annual retention bonus
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 3 weeks of PTO plus holidays
- 403b retirement plan with match
- 1 week of CME time and $3,000 allowance
- Loan repayment program for federal and state loans
- Malpractice coverage
