Job Description:

  • Provide physical therapy services in a rehabilitation division with both acute rehabilitation and med/surg settings.
  • Work within a small facility with 10 beds, ensuring personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner electronic medical records.
  • Adhere to the dress code, with flexibility in scrub colors.
  • Participate in the daily routine from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Support the transitional needs of patients moving into varying levels of care.
  • Follow all facility protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
  • Be proactive in contributing to a positive and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in acute rehabilitation and med/surg settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
