MultiCare Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is in search of a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to become part of our vibrant and expanding team. The selected candidate will provide support to our surgical teams and attend to patients in the clinic as necessary. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with the possibility of accommodating a 4x10 schedule.

Compensation: Salary Range: $136,984.00 - $185,795.00
Call Compensation: $113 per hour

Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Washington State Physician Assistant license upon employment

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off. As mandated by various pay transparency laws, we provide a competitive compensation range for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $136,984.00 - $185,795.00 USD. However, compensation is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including skill set, experience level, and certifications or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on the applicant's years of experience.
