Job Summary

**Job Description:**

As an Inpatient Orthopedic Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring orthopedic, spine, and/or general surgery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Implement the nursing process to deliver effective, relationship-based care
* Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery, ensuring safe practice and positive outcomes
* Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively to optimize patient care and clinical operations
* Develop self and contribute to the professional practice of nursing

**Requirements:**

* Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Ohio
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on clinical area standards
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) may be required based on clinical area standards
