About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist with Aequor Technologies, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. Your focus will be on rehabilitation and recovery, evaluating patients' physical conditions, assessing their limitations, and developing personalized treatment plans. You will implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionality, educating them and their families on exercises and techniques to perform at home to enhance recovery. You will also monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals is essential to ensure coordinated patient care. You will maintain accurate documentation of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will utilize various modalities, including manual therapy, to treat musculoskeletal conditions effectively.

Requirements:

Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is also necessary. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, equipment, and procedures is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team is required. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills is also necessary. A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care is essential for this role.
