As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention programs that promote the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to address students' goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of occupational therapy services into the educational setting
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including therapeutic interventions, adaptive equipment recommendations, and educational programming
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of occupational therapy services and make data-driven decisions to inform practice

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current State licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
  • At least one year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a school or pediatric setting
  • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices, including sensory integration and adaptive equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and professionals
