SLP / Speech Language Pathologist - Home Health Position

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a dedicated Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing and tight-knit Home Health Rehab organization. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patient community spanning from Columbus, OH to Ashland, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients upon referral and integrate data from various assessment techniques to create customized treatment plans, including short-term and long-term goals.
- Provide safe and effective speech therapy treatment, incorporating physical, mental, social, and emotional components to achieve improved quality of life and a sense of independence.
- Demonstrate the ability to apply accurate therapeutic principles and practices, using appropriate technical knowledge and clinical judgment in observing patient reactions to treatments.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner to maximize compensation for speech therapy treatment.
- Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of OH required.
- BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
- 1+ year of experience preferred.
