Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Planet Healthcare. As a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with a 10-hour shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience in Interventional Radiology and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform imaging procedures using various imaging modalities, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT scans.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning, draping, and administering contrast media.
  • Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and imaging results.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • 2+ years of experience in Interventional Radiology.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
