Requirements:
  • Current state PT license
  • Current certification with APTA
  • Valid state driver's license
  • 2+ years' experience working as a Physical Therapist in a healthcare setting
  • 1+ year experience in a supervisory role
  • Minimum 6 months experience utilizing an EMR for documentation
