About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Executive Leader to join our team as we continue to shape the future of digital marketing. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategy, overseeing the growth and performance of our teams, and inspiring other senior leaders to cultivate and retain large, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and expansion
  • Lead and manage the performance of teams across multiple locations, including client service and account management
  • Oversee and understand financial objectives and actual performance, providing forecasts and meeting company financial objectives
  • Cultivate and retain large, cross-functional teams, provide channels for training and development
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully building an agency's practice as an industry leader and managing a zero to 10M+ or 30 to 100-million-dollar business or division expansion
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or similar applicable field is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of individual contributor and team management experience, including team development, P&L management experience, and extensive digital marketing experience in the technology space
