About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs in the Hawaii school district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies with high fidelity.
  • Collaborate with educational and behavioral teams to implement classroom and school routines.
  • Collect and graph data accurately.
  • Utilize QBS Safety Care de-escalation strategies and physical management as necessary for student safety.
  • Attend and participate in individual and group supervisions to ensure compliance with BACB requirements.
Requirements
  • Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Active RBT certification.
  • Associate's degree or higher.
Competencies
  • Empathy and understanding of developmental stages.
  • Ability to utilize ABA strategies.
Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires working with students in multiple settings. Students may test physical boundaries, which may require physical intervention.

Compensation

$1,400.00 per week.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday.

Work Location

In-person.
