- Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively recommend frames and lenses to our customers.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in eye care and customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
- Knowledge of office and store merchandise, including frames and lenses.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or optical.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
