- Establish a safe and supportive environment for patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Co-lead treatment groups and organize therapeutic activities to foster patient engagement and progress.
- Observe patient behaviors and report changes to the healthcare team to ensure timely interventions.
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Transport patients to appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of direct patient care experience in a psychiatric setting.
- STNA certification preferred.
- Specialized training in phlebotomy and vital signs.
