Registered Nurse - Detoxification Program

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Milestone Recovery, a leading provider of medically monitored withdrawal programs. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care to individuals undergoing detoxification from alcohol and drugs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accurate dosing and proper documentation
  • Monitor vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and other physiological and psychological changes in clients, responding promptly and appropriately to any emergent situations
  • Document client assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols, medication administration guidelines, and facility policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the day shift nursing staff to ensure continuity of care and effective communication of client needs and status

Requirements:

  • Valid registered nurse license in the state of Maine
  • CPR certification is a plus
  • Experience with substance use and/or mental illness is a plus

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $36 - $40 per hour for full-time, $38 - $42 per hour for per diem
  • Overnight differential: $5.00/hour
  • Weekend differential: $2.50/hour
  • Weekend overnight differential: $7.50/hour
