As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for all wellness center members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the Live Fit Playroom, a supervised play area for children ages 6 months - 11 years old, while their parent is using the fitness center.
  • Maintain knowledge about memberships, programs, services, and products offered by CCM Health.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fitness center or related setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities, with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
