Job SummaryAs a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will participate in and receive resident reports, provide personal and nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, and facilitate activities that promote a dignified and respectful environment.
Responsibilities- Provide personal and nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Participate in and receive resident reports at the start and end of shifts
- Facilitate activities that promote a dignified and respectful environment
- Monitor and respond to resident requests and needs in a timely and compassionate manner
- Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents
- Assist in preparing residents for various activities within and outside the center
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
We offer a competitive compensation package, including PRN rate $19/h, various shifts, daily pay, tuition reimbursement, free uniforms, great health plans, and company-paid life insurance.
