Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately weigh or measure materials, ingredients, and products to ensure compliance with established specifications.
  • Conduct tests on samples of materials or products to verify adherence to quality standards using appropriate testing equipment.
  • Initiate machinery to mix or blend ingredients, ensuring they are combined for the specified duration.
  • Operate blending equipment to mix a diverse range of materials, including chemicals and color pigments.
  • Monitor production processes and equipment to guarantee safe and efficient operations.
  • Cease operations of mixing or blending machines once the desired product quality is achieved, and facilitate the transfer of mixtures.
  • Utilize hand tools or devices to load chemicals and ingredients for processing.
  • Visually inspect materials, ingredients, or products to confirm they meet established quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Certification as a forklift operator is required.
  • Experience with raw materials and dispersion equipment is advantageous.
