Position Overview:
Opportunity: Room Attendant
Your primary responsibility will be to clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure they meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon interaction.
  • Thoroughly clean guest rooms within the designated time frame, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  • Change bed linens and replenish towels and other amenities.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures; clean furniture, walls, and equipment.
  • Notify management of any repair needs in guest rooms.
  • Process guest items left in rooms in accordance with lost and found policies.
  • Adhere to sustainability guidelines and practices.
  • Follow safe work habits, utilize protective equipment, and comply with safety standards.
  • Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and strive to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English.
